Your installation should be established as a NAYS Chapter to provide training and programs to ensure high quality youth sports programming for Navy families.
In addition, the NAYS National Office is here to assist Navy Youth Sports and Fitness Directors through the process of becoming and maintaining the Certified Youth Sports Administrator (CYSA) credential.
The NAYS National Office provides support, resources and information about the NAYS programs that should be offered at your installation, including the NYSCA (National Youth Sports Coaches Association training for volunteer coaches), PAYS (Parent Association for Youth Sports that provides orientation for sports parents) and the Start Smart Sports Development Programs.
